We accept return or replacement requests only if:

• 🎥 An unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  
• 🏷️ The shipping label should be clearly visible.
  
• 🔍 The video must clearly show the damage or incorrect product.
  

Please Note: Requests without an unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
