At Deepa Sarees, every saree is carefully inspected and packed with utmost care before dispatch. We strive to provide the finest shopping experience. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we're here to assist you.

✅ Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only if:

• 📦 You receive a damaged product.
  
• ❌ You receive the wrong product.
  

To process your request, please provide:

• 🎥 An unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  
• 🏷️ The shipping label should be clearly visible.
  
• 🔍 The video must clearly show the damage or incorrect product.
  

Please Note: Requests without an unedited unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.

📦 Return Shipping

• 🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
  
• 📮 Please send returns only via India Post.
  
• 💰 A courier reimbursement of ₹100 will be provided after the returned product is received and verified.
  

🔁 Replacement Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• 🚀 Your replacement will be dispatched within 5 business days, subject to stock availability.
  

💳 Refund Policy

If a replacement is unavailable:

• 💰 Your refund will be initiated within 2 working days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Minor bead or sequin fall-off is a natural characteristic of handcrafted work and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

🌍 International Orders

👗 Products that have been:

⏳ Requests raised after 2 days of delivery
